MENTORING 2025/2026

Applications for mentors and mentees for 2025/2026 are currently closed.

Applications open in July 2025 and will close on Monday 1st September.

what is mentoring?

Mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. It provides a unique opportunity to learn from someone who has walked the path before you, offering guidance, support and invaluable insights.

FOR MENTEES, MENTORING BUILDS CONFIDENCE, HELPS NAVIGATE CHALLENGES AND PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR ACHIEVING GOALS. IT ALSO ENABLES YOU TO CONNECT TO OTHER PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE NOT CONNECTED TO YOUR FIRM.

FOR MENTORS, ITS A CHANCE TO GIVE BACK, SHARE EXPERTISE, AND GAIN FRESH PERSPECTIVES.

IN A WORLD WHERE WOMEN OFTEN FACE UNIQUE BARRIERS IN THEIR CAREERS, MENTORING CREATES A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE SPACE TO ADDRESS THESE CHALLENGES, BUILD SKILLS, AND FOSTER MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS.

IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT CAREER PROGRESSION-IT’S ABOUT EMPOWERMENT, SELF-BELIEF, AND THE CONFIDENCE TO THRIVE.
